I remember these nights - trying to stay awake all night with my hand in his abdomen so I could feel the rise and fall and know he was still breathing. Eventually falling asleep at 3-4 am and waking in a panic thinking if he was gone, it would be my fault. After several treatment failures - he is still here 3 years later, in remission. Popsicles were a life saver when he couldn’t eat as your body just kind of absorbs the liquid. You guys are so strong! Thinking of you all [Red heart]

He’s just not ready momma and he’s making it very aware that he isn’t ready. He’s fighting harder than I’ve ever seen someone fight! I’ve seen many cancer patients and loved ones fight and they all fight hard and differently, but he is a different breed! Continued prayers always!!! 🩷

Would his oncologist consider an ng tube? He isn’t on hospice and isn’t ready, he needs fluids as a minimum. You are handling this wonderfully, I’m sorry it’s happening ❤️

Honey get some ice. Have him try anything then have him suck on the ice. He’s throwing up because of the vagus nerve. His body is so used to throwing up. This will calm down the vagus nerve. He might be able to keep it down then

Is NG tube or feeding tube an option? The fact he is trying or wanting to eat is good. I’ll take no news over bad news. He went from not being woke to being up and attempting to eat. I’d say that’s a win! Praying for you all and send many hugs. Please continue to take care of yourself as well ❤️

Shared a room w/ my Mom.. I had recently turned 13 and my Mom 35 (her bday 12.12 my bday 12.14). Before bed she would tell me “it’s ok mama, fall asleep, I’ll be fine.” I always woke up to check on her throughout the night. The ONE night I didn’t kiss her goodnight was the night I fell into a deep sleep. When I woke up the next morning I was shocked I slept all night. I turned to look at my Moms bed….empty. Used to random hospital visits I didn’t think much of it. Got up, threw my school uniform on and got ready for school. As I started walking I hear Doña Mary yell “Elizabeth, tu Abuela dijo que te quedes en casa hoy” ..our sweet neighbor letting me know my Grandma said stay home…fast forward..my mom passed away while I was in that deep sleep. Haven’t had a deep sleep since 1996 #AIDS I PRAY YOUR HUSBAND BEATS CANCER!!

I’m so sorry baby i went thru this last year my fiance also 33 got diagnosed with stage 4 rhabomyosarcoma cancer in may and passed in December i hate watching yall going thru this i know how hard it is and how much it hurt hugs to you babyyy
