Mexican Burrito Recipe 🌯✝️🔥 Ingredients: 🌯 Large flour tortillas, seasoned ground beef, Mexican rice, black beans, sweet corn, diced tomatoes, red onion, roasted bell peppers, shredded cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, fresh cilantro, avocado, sour cream, salsa, lime juice, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, sea salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. 🥑🌿 Instructions: Begin by preparing the filling with seasoned ground beef, cooking it gently in a hot skillet with garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper until beautifully browned and fragrant 🌶️🔥. Add the roasted bell peppers, diced tomatoes, sweet corn, and black beans, allowing everything to simmer together until the flavors become rich, warm, and deeply savory 🫘🍅✨. Prepare fluffy Mexican rice separately, seasoning it with a little garlic, tomato, cumin, and fresh cilantro until every grain is tender and fragrant 🍚🌿. Warm a large flour tortilla until soft and flexible, then begin building the burrito layer by layer — spoon the Mexican rice into the center, followed by the seasoned beef, black beans, sweet corn, roasted peppers, and a generous handful of shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese 🌯🧀. Add a little diced red onion and fresh cilantro for brightness, then finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice 🍋🌿. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and carefully roll it forward into a thick, tightly packed burrito, keeping all the colorful filling tucked inside 🤲🌯. Place the finished burrito on a warm wooden table and slice it gently through the center, revealing layers of golden tortilla, fluffy rice, seasoned beef, beans, vegetables, and melted cheese cascading together in the middle 🔥🧀✨. While the burrito is still warm, prepare fresh salsa with tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of sea salt, then spoon cool, creamy sour cream into a small bowl beside it 🍅🥣. Add creamy avocado or guacamole for a rich contrast, creating a beautiful balance between warm, savory filling and cool, refreshing toppings 🥑💚. Serve the burrito immediately while the cheese is still soft and melted, with fresh salsa and sour cream on the side, inviting everyone to cut, dip, pull, and savor every hearty bite 🌯🤤. The warm sunlight, rustic table, peaceful courtyard, and gentle atmosphere turn this simple Mexican-inspired meal into a comforting feast shared in a moment of gratitude and peace ✨✝️. One warm tortilla, layers of flavorful goodness, a little salsa, a little cream, and a whole lot of comfort in every bite. 🌯❤️🙏 - @marinamullin05
