I’m 4 weeks post op. My doctor let me sleep on my side 2 weeks post op. I had a wedge pillow for back sleeping and found I slept better on the couch then the bed for the first few nights. Best of luck in recovery!

@Whit: The u shaped pregnancy pillow saved me after one week of back (not) sleeping I ordered one and then went to my 1 week post op and the dr goes oh you can start sleeping on side week 2. But I will say it was still more comfortable on my side with the pillow.
