@3dprintflow: I moved my AMS Lite to the top of my Bambu Lab A1 to save desk space and make the setup cleaner. 👀 This uses the official Bambu Lab AMS Lite top-mount conversion from MakerWorld, with 3D-printed parts and rear brackets to help reduce vibrations and noise. I also recalibrated the printer after the installation. So far, no noticeable difference in print quality. Would you do this to your A1? #3DPrinting #MakerWorld #3DPrinted #3DPrinter #Maker
top mount causes to much stress, I used one for a while then went to a wall mount

I think the cool thing about the print is that the parts are made by bambu themselves

I would have wall mounted it right above the printer. in your setup every time you change a spool you should calibrate because going from a full spool to half a spool alters how much weight is on top of your printer 🤷

Somewhere between 'I wish' and 'I printed it' is a model, and that's my department. What do you wish existed?

I used pla and it’s been working fine for ages, no signed of failing. I will note that it does amplify the vibrations. I don’t think it affects print quality tho
