I’ve been on 30mg XR Adderall for 12 years. It made me get more stuff done, quicker, I would call it my “tweak hours”, BUT it made me crave cigarettes/nicotine & alcohol. IDK WHY. Maybe bc it’s a stimulant??? I started taking Wellbutrin a bout a month ago. It helps me stay focused, doesn’t make me crave cigarettes- I’ve been a smoker almost daily for a year straight and when I take Wellbutrin I DONT SMOKE. OR EVEN CRAVE IT. IT HONESTLY GROSSES ME OUT but it’s not a stimulant so you don’t get the “tweak hours” and honestly as much as I loved the feeling of the adderall kicking in and getting shit done, I had MUCH worse anxiety on adderall at night I would stay up for hours thinking about all things that could go wrong negatively (doom thoughts) and would a lot of times have anxiety or panic attacks. With Wellbutrin I seriously have a hard time thinking about negative stuff. It took me a week or so getting used to it and adjusting dosage, but I honestly love it!!

The ANTIPSYCHOTICS MANNNNNN couldn’t sleep cuz it felt like my limbs were falling endlessly immediately gave up that route of life 😭💀

When I was on Adderall and working in the ER I’d treat patients who use/ used meth with the exact same symptoms was having on my meds 😭 the face picking, jaw clenching, nose scrunching

had MILD dematillamania prior to taking ADHD meds but now it’s like i don’t realize what i’m doing until it’s been 20+ minutes. raynauds was also a new thing as well. sometimes my toes/fingers get so cold it’s literally painful

Well… my tongue has been pushing the bottom row of my teeth so hard while I sleep that my entire bottom row has been pushed forward and now when I talk two teeth from my top and bottom row clink together like a toast with wine glasses. 😀
