Even here in Kenya there are some who are like that. Somalis from Somalia treat the ones in Kenya differently they think they are superior to them. They be like dadkan dhaqankooda they don’t know they act like the jareers. They always make fun of them and they are called Somali sijuu and they give you side eye when you speak a language other than Somali
