Zinc citrate can help target sulfur compounds associated with bad breath, and xylitol is another ingredient I like seeing in oral care.Your toothpaste matters more than you might think.

I honestly didn't realize this many people deal with bad breath too. I keep seeing you guys mention flossing, tongue scraping, and toothpaste with zinc and xylitol instead of just relying on mouthwash. If you struggle with bad breath, seriously read through these comments. I'm still going through everything.

This is literally me 😭 my friend used to hand me gum every time we hung out and I thought she was just being nice turns out…..yeah. I switched to kugig toothpaste after that and haven't looked back lol

I think many people forget that tonsil stones emit a nasty odour too. And a good chunk of the time, even if you’re keeping up with your oral hygiene and brushing & flossing regularly, the ‘smell’ can be coming from these. It’s a good idea to check if you have them safely! If so, there are multiple ways to displace them / get rid :)

It’s not always about brushing it could js be a stomach thing , like if u dont eat food and drink water enough ur mouth can smell really bad. Or if u dont scrap ur tongue it can also affect ur breath.

Honestly been using that KUGIG one for 6 months. Originally bought for whitening, but zinc genuinely helps fresh breath so much. Checked the label myself and it's super solid. Convinced my whole family to switch
