I got in an argument with my girlfriend cause she didn’t wanna call at night and I kept telling her to leave me and don’t come back and everything. I have bpd and we call “other me” Melvin, she doesn’t leave when I tell her to and when she does it hurts deeply. But this time I got super mad I wanted to calm down I didn’t want her to leave me but I was telling her I don’t love her and stuff which I didn’t mean. She said Melvin, came down not for me just take six seconds. I calmed and I started to cry and I was kinda sorta like back?
