This is so true. This is why everyone goes through the same cycles with us. They weaponize their own discomfort to mistreat us. It starts with admiration/love bombing then ultimately ghosting out of discomfort. It’s like people don’t expect others to hold depth so when they do? They’re just shocked or whatever.

Yes! Exposing it to them feels like an attack, it can be used as an opportunity for growth or not, not everyone is ready to face their patten(s). It's a double edged sword pointing it out because it may not be something they are ready to face and by pointing it out they may push you away.

I have learned and accepted this about myself. I see people for who they are and love them in spite of. It makes people leave but some come back when they are ready.
