I don’t close out the PM until I see it run again. If it won’t run, then I DIDN’T do the PM and it’s not MY fault.

Started an IT job and was told to stay away from a certain machine for an unknown reason. So being the noisy IT guy that I am, I looked in AD and found a Windows 95 NT still running. I was bored on lunch one day and want to go look at the up time on it and it say 3700+ days running, which is a little over 10 years for those bad at math......boy howdy if there weren't skid marks from how fast I ran from that machine, I'd be shocked 😂 don't restart it, don't touch it, don't look at it 🤣

had a mechanic change bearings on a cam bank that used horseshoe optics. he didn't tighten the pillow blocks and it wiped out 20 optics on the first revolution
