Skip the seatbelt for parking: You aren't required to wear a seatbelt during the yard section. Put it on when moving to the road test. 3. Scan like you're in traffic: Check your blind spots and mirrors before EVERY movement. An empty yard doesn't mean zero observations! 4. Indicate every move: Signal early and keep it on. Failing to indicate gets you points docked instantly. 5. You have time & attempts: Don't rush! Manage your time limit and use your second attempt calmly if you mess up the first try.
