Indeed. I can attest to all of that. I experienced that exact thing without knowing that it was called. Individuation. Cool. 2 things. 1. No one really knows. 2. No one really cares. I guess "old friends" will figure out I'm no longer available to them if/when they ever try contact me again. Until then. My life is infinitely calmer.

I don't agree, as they just cut , they can't leave the good cut the bad they just cut, it's not healthy, & they r ok with it, they know it's wrong, but there is no more space to anyone. they just shut down
