@plants.with.charlo: Plant Flow app told me my croton was starving, not dying 🥬🧡 It had gone almost entirely green and was dropping leaves every week, which is what a croton does when it is hungry and underlit. Buried half a beetroot slice next to the stem. Potassium and nitrogen, slowly, right at the roots. The wild part is how croton leaves work. Every new one comes out plain green and then fills in with yellow, then orange, then red as it matures. So you watch the colour arrive weeks after the leaf does.
