@itsmarinaalix: Why is nobody talking about fresh sardines? 👀 Serves 2 Sardines 10 fresh sardines Juice of 1 lemon 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp honey 2 garlic cloves, crushed Salsa verde Handful of mint, parsley and coriander 1 shallot, 1/2 a chilli, 1 garlic clove Squeeze of lemon, splash of vinegar and olive oil to loosen. Pat the sardines dry and lay them flat in a lined baking dish. Mix the lemon, oil, honey and garlic, then pour over. Bake at 220°C for 15 mins. Finely chop the salsa verde ingredients and mix together. Serve on rice with the juices and top with the salsa verde.
