Skirk is better with Escoffier. They’re tailor made to work with each other’s passives, and Effie does a lot more of a dmg contribution because of her subdps. Vodyanitsa is replaceable— but she is the best 4th slot— so you don’t have to mandate pulling her

Preferably you run both. But if you can only get one, Escoffier is better; although not by much, the gap between Esco no Vodya and Vodya no Esco isn't huge

skirk need escoffier the most, vodyanitsa you can replace for any hydro/cryo chars that you have like mona, citlali, yelan,... vodyanitsa is not needed but if you like her then you can try to pull for her
