I just wanted to make it clear this isn’t about having a child to heal your own trauma. I believe you should take care of that yourself before having a child. This is just about having a child, and showing them unconditional love proving toxic family cycles can be broken.

After experiencing a terrible pregnancy from a terrible BD I no longer blame my mom. My mom Fs had PPD and was struggling. Now I have PPD and I feel like the angry mom all the time and I hate it. I’m trying to work on it but it’s a literal chemical imbalance. Besides abuse I think we need to be more understanding of our moms
