@adamwolfefitness: Creamy Spinach Artichoke Chicken Orzo🔥438* cals 44g protein 15g fat 32g carbs (updated the macros - I forgot to add the parm to macro calc before recording) Cookbook in bio 🔗 Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced 8 oz dry orzo 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped 5 oz baby spinach 1 small yellow onion, diced 5 garlic cloves, minced 2 cups chicken broth 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan Juice of 1 lemon 1 tbsp olive oil Seasonings: 1½ tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp red pepper flakes ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp salt Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Add the dry orzo, diced raw chicken, artichokes, onion, garlic, olive oil, seasonings, and 2 cups chicken broth to a deep 9×13 baking dish. Mix well, making sure the orzo is mostly submerged. 2. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40 minutes - Cook until the orzo is tender and chicken reaches 165°F 3. While hot, stir in the cream cheese, Parmesan, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy. 4. Fold in the spinach until wilted 5. Divide evenly into 6 meal-prep containers and enjoy! Okay so 6 meals. How is storage done? Do you freeze 3, and have 3 in a row for lunch? Freeze 5 and microwave the next one every day for lunch? I can never understand food prep because of this.
