error 16 on a senyeng board xp600 occurs when; 1. the print head has short circuit 2. when the head cables and the head have moisture 3. when the print head cables are not well connected aligning the pins on the print head. 4.when the print head cables have some inks. 5. when the print head connector is not broken. 6. the head board is broken.
