My son was given a bruin a while back and it was seized up the same way but the guy we got it from told us the starter burnt up because it locked up and it turned out to be the starter seized just like this…unfortunately he had it outside for years uncovered with plastics off so one piece at a time something is acting up but we are getting it one piece at a time lol
