"தந்தையின் அன்பின் முன் தெய்வங்கள் கூடத் தோற்றுப்போகும்" - ஒரு உயிரை இந்த உலகத்திற்குக் கொண்டுவந்தால், எந்தச் சூழலிலும் குழந்தைகளைத் தனியாக விட்டுவிடக்கூடாது என்பதற்கு இது ஒரு சான்று. நான் வாகரையில் இந்தக்குடும்பத்தைச் சந்தித்தேன்; தாய் வேலைக்காக வெளிநாடு சென்றுவிட்டுத் திரும்பவே இல்லை. இக்குடும்பத்தின் இளைய மகனுக்குக் கண்ணில் புற்றுநோய் பாதிப்பு உள்ளது; ஒரு கண் அகற்றப்பட்டுவிட்டது, மற்றொரு கண்ணிலும் கட்டிகள் உள்ளன. அவனுக்குச் சிகிச்சை அளிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது, ஆனால் அக்குடும்பம் மிகுந்த சிரமத்தில் உள்ளது. தந்தையும் ஓரளவு உடல் ஊனமுற்றவர் தான், ஆனாலும் அவர் மன உறுதியுடன் தன் மகன்களுக்காகத் தன் வாழ்க்கையை அர்ப்பணித்து, தன்னால் முடிந்த அனைத்தையும் தனியாகவே செய்து வருகிறார். இக்குடும்பத்தைப் பற்றிக் கேள்விப்பட்டதும் அவர்களைச் சந்திக்க விரும்பினேன்; அந்தச் சிறுவர்களைப் பார்த்தபோது என் மனம் மிகவும் வேதனைப்பட்டது. அந்தத் தந்தை தன் வீட்டிலேயே ஒரு மிதிவண்டி பழுதுபார்க்கும் கடையை அமைக்க விரும்பினார், எனவே அதற்கான ஏற்பாடுகளைச் செய்ய நாங்கள் திட்டமிட்டோம். ஒருவேளை அந்தத் தாய் இந்த வீடியோவைப் பார்த்தால், குறைந்தபட்சம் வந்து தன் குழந்தைகளைப் பார்ப்பார் என்று நம்புகிறேன். தயவுசெய்து இந்த வீடியோவை உங்களால் முடிந்தவரை பகிருங்கள்; ஒருவேளை என்றாவது ஒரு நாள் அந்தத் தாய் திரும்பி வரக்கூடும் என்ற நம்பிக்கை உள்ளது. பெற்றோர் தங்கள் குழந்தைகளைத் தவிக்கவிட்டுச் செல்வதைப் பார்ப்பதுதான் எனக்கு மிகுந்த வெறுப்பையும் வேதனையையும் அளிக்கிறது. சொந்தக் குழந்தை உடல்நலக்குறைவுடன் இருப்பதை அறிந்தும் இப்படித் தனியாக விட்டுவிடுவதென்றால், எதற்காக அவர்களை இந்த உலகத்திற்குக் கொண்டு வந்தீர்கள்?
