add pinesol to your mopping water. we mop our porch with it, and its the only thing that helps! and for the people asking, yes this is unfortunately normal. theyre harmless, just absolutely annoying.

Love bugs are attracted to light colors and carbon monoxide…..do you have anything that runs a lot that uses gas or propane? This is why they swarm so heavily on the highway because of all the cars and why they like to go close to your mouth if you’re talking a lot because we breathe out carbon monoxide.

Try a citrus spray like lemon or lime they dislike strong citrus smells. Peppermint or eucalyptus works too. also lots of fans. They’re weak fliers.
