My dad just fired a woman (his HR director for 20 years) on the spot for “accidentally” confiding in my dad.. by saying the “new girl” smelled like “her village back in the congo” and my dad looked at her and said “well, Brenda. And she stood there with her hands clamped over her mouth, tears STREAMING down her face and he said “do I need to call someone to help you find the door?” she said “my grandson was just born you can’t do this!” AND HE DID lmao
