You need to go to the ER. The bacteria found in chicken/poultry poop can damage your vision - specifically your retina. Do not touch your eye. Irrigate it with clean (bottled if possible) water and head to the ER. Sorry this happened to you. I know it sucks (signed a person with many bad eye problems)
