I would really try Fenty skin tint. It is the best foundation for a beginner and for lightweight foundation, but full coverage.

Prime and then allow it to dry before applying your foundation. I saw that you also added more highlighter. That’s also making you shiny. When you pick up that setting powder, it’s gonna help with the shininess. Girl you’re still learning. I wish you could’ve saw my eyebrows when I first started lol. You’re doing great though! You can’t put all this moisturizer under your makeup only a serum or something then the primer that’s what’s making you oily
