well don't know what the situation was before all this encountered but my conclusion is when you have your children do your best you can to comply with the police just so they don't have to get scared or go through all this I mean imagine the police officer probably would have let the mom go if she was just got out of the car and talk to him he probably didn't want to talk in front of the kids
