Only problem with relegation is you also punish another team in the championship. Man city will always make it back up but that removes a spot for another team to make it. Screwing over another team for this is nonsense. Temporary FA cup ban and champions league ban would fit the crime better because it doesn't screw over another team. They should also have a five year transfer ban at a minimum with a hefty 30+ million dollar fine and a forced change in ownership while also cutting ties to Roberto Mancini

Revenue from that period as a fine. Trophies stripped. Points deductions and a long transfer ban. I think UEFA throws book at them as well and expels them from Europe competitions

They wont get relegated, it makes the prem look bad. If city does get relegated, it could potentially put them on the scale of how the serie a relegated juve and suffered for it making the league fall off hard. The prem isnt willing to risk that since they are the biggest league in the world

It’ll take ages for the appeal process. It’s not the players faults. But the team should be relegated considering the points deductions teams got for 1-2 charges it should be scaled to match. You want punishment, you drop them a few divisions. And force a sale of the club.
