No crime that means no id cops are so trigger happy with over abuse power in needing id so in the future for alot more harassment. cops needs to be fired, lawsuits. cops loves starting fights.

ID is only required IF a crime is committed. they can ask anytime, but your right to maintain your privacy and papers is constitutionally protected. they will make up charges to get him processed in the jail, give a bond, then a courtdate... the charges will be dropped or dismissed. he'll then file his civil lawsuit and win. the property tax payers of the city will fork out the settlement cost. the cops will NOT be reprimanded, nor will any future training be provided to avoid further issues as such... and the cycle will continue. the only thing that will make a difference is the paperwork you file against them, each and everytime. the system operates/feeds on your ignorance and fear... that's it. also, interfering/obstructing requires a physical element, and being present doesnt count.
