@theeconomist: Should investors be worried about Nvidia’s “circular financing”? The company’s financial commitments can look terrifying. But as Shailesh Chitnis, The Economist’s global business writer, explains, Nvidia is walking a fine line between enabling demand and artificially creating it. Yes be worried. If one sector all had the same major investor and that investor goes kaput, you’re screwed. SVB didn’t do their own dd when it came to their start up clients who majority had the same investor circle and it came back to bite them in the butt.

The reason that the banks charge these startups more is because they are risky and have a high degree of failure so Nvidia doing this is highly risky, and as a sort of startup bank, it’s really dumb. The only reason he’s doing it is because he’s hoping to keep the bubble growing. It would be like a plywood manufacturer lending money on risky mortgages because he needs people to keep buying plywood in a housing bubble and Sam Altman is not worried about security risks. He’s a pathological liar. That’s why he was removed in the first place. What he’s worried about the reason he called off his IPO is because due diligence with seriously devalue his company as it would, Nvidia with its very risky financial loans. It’s almost a certainty. The whole thing is going to crash.

Nvidia has done it before. They hid $1 billion in undisclosed crypto mining revenue. Later they paid only $5.5 million in a settlement. That is a normal way of doing business in american corporations. Aftermath is economic crysis affecting whole world.
