POV: It’s a biological thing. Why do you think you could overcome it with Willpower when it wasn’t possible decades before?

You said you wanted to see how this part was in your journey. And has been amazing to see how the reality of this has been for you. Your journey, open, honest and truthful in how this has affected you. Looking forward to your weight in, and hopefully your decision where you go next? Good luck with your weight in tomorrow.

Just had a 6 week break due to an operation - I can honestly say that was the hungriest and most out of control I felt and I thought I had made loads of changes over the 18 months taking M - I was wrong. Cravings hit so hard and food noise off the scale! Absolutely terrifying to gain 10 pounds. Back onto 5mg (I was on 15mg) and instant quiet again - loving watching your journey keep going xx

I ❤️ My Dog :
I lost weight back in 2008/2009 I was eating 1100 cals a day and walking with my dog, if I ate any more that 1200 I’d put on weight, my little walking buddy died on me 2022 and I’m bigger than I ever was, I’m struggling big time, people think it’s easy but for people who are prone to weight gain it’s a constant struggle.

you can do it without taking it ,as I said i did please dont go back on it .Give your body time to adjust. Just like painkillers they are addictive they alter your whole body but not in a good way .As a molecular biologist im not a fan of them.

You are doing great 😊. I’m almost at maintenance and I’m dreading coming off . Before I was thinking about food 24 /7 ! I wonder why our bodies are like this ?? Why can’t they regulate themselves 🤦🏼♀️

It’s not worth the torture. I know it’s life long for me. I’m a different person with it. I’d say normal. Just get back on it

I inject every 8 days on maintenance. I tried 9 days but was so painfully hungry I stick to 8! I can’t put myself through that torture!

The health benefits are why Im staying on it, not just the weightloss, studies show fantastic results for heart disease, which has affected my whole family after 40+ years, reducing inflammation in the brain for dementia! I’ll always find the money, can’t put a price on health especially as a parent Mark x

Awe bless you , the fear is real , I am in it for life , I'm not going back , I'm on other meds for life to help me so why not my mj ? It's saving me . I only take 3.75 a week but I still have to control myself with sweets ! If I taste one I want a packet to myself . Just can't have them end of , if I was off cigarettes I couldn't just have one of those either for the consequences not worth it . You're off a month now if it's driving you crazy go back on it . 2.5 . They say it's like starting over it kicks everything off sgsin
