I was at my 36 wk apt and they sent me straight to observation and then said this time tomorrow your baby will probably be here. I didn’t have anything packed, the car seat wasn’t even in the car and my husband was also not with me!

I have been hearing A LOT of this. On 09/10 at my 36 week appt my doc said I was at 3cm but not to worry because I can sit at 3cm for weeks. Well the next day on 9/11 started feeling intense contractions at 6am, went to the hospital at 7am, had our son at 7:31am. We too did not have anything ready. 😮💨

When I got to my 36 week appointment for my second baby I was 6cm and my dr sent me home! “See ya next week” like I didn’t sneeze my first baby out so fast 🥲 needless to say she saw me the next morning.. walking into labor and delivery dilated to an 8🤣

I did that with both of my kids. It’s kind of super scary with the second one because you truly have no idea you are in labor. I was 7cm when I went in with my first and had no clue I was in labor. However, my labor was very easy with both kids. Praying it is for you too!
