They didn’t move onto someone else because you weren’t enough. They chose someone who’s “easier.” I hear this all the time, and I can relate. My ex DA told me I’m the hardest one to be with. I asked why? We had so much love between us. He literally told me it’s because he can’t handle the mirror I hold up to him. That he would rather be with someone “easy” who doesn’t challenge him to step into his potential. I couldn’t make sense of it at the time, but it was his truth that I had to accept.
