My younger brother has ITP, its not fun, somtimes its not easy to tell. My brother was only able to tell last time cause his gum bleed randomly. When he got to hospital he had platelet level of 5000 when the body nornally has 150,000 to 450,000.

my mum has ITP. she had 34 black bruises al over her body. her bloods was 1 and it should of been over 150. she was put on pills and her bloods slowly went up. shes in her 60s and if she hadn't of gone to the doctors she wouldn't be here today.

Supposedly a normal menstruation can land you in the hospital because of ITP. Yaaa girl just keep bleeding for weeks!!!! Blood drawn and BOOOMMM... Machine count I have 5000 but on the Manual count IT'S ZEROOOO!!!!! And bruises just keep showing up; people think my Family is abusing me HAHAHAHAHA. Diagnose of this illness since 2 years old. 🫠 So many things I am not allowed to do, well you need to be Extra careful all the time. 🫠

its ITP...I got it after a blood transfusion and almost had a brain aneurism. Its scary, but can be treated if caught right away.
