to make this for kids and it be healthy requires a lot of prep, consciousness ordering, and a ton of work and help. Our kids have been eatting crap food for over a decade. Keep up the awesome work, I hope the rest of the cafeterias go back to fresh homemade food for our children to grow into adults without malnutrition and unhealthy food dominating every store bought ingredients list. Great Job, Hats off!
