Hey it could happen!! When I was a little kid I got attacked by a dog then starting having nightmares every night about dogs chasing me and attacking me then like a year later I got attacked again and all the nightmares stopped. It was sure nice to finally get some good sleep

Stretch it out. Stretch is so underrated, I tore my hamstring and have bad issues with my sciatic. I literally can not function without pain if I don’t stretch. 😬
