They definitely messed up big time smh especially for a company wanting people to spend thousands on their items. Same thing happened to me when I ordered a $3500 David Yurman necklace and it came just thrown loosely in a pouch and was completely tangled up. Returned it and complained immediately and took my business to Roberto Coin instead.
