Yup mine pulled that and then totally lied to the mediator. Plus he was stalking me while living with his AP. I already had a lawyer and when the mediator refused to work with us he had a full on temper tantrum

Even with a court order you’re fucked. I have a custody order a child support order. He’s got a criminal do get out against him all of which say to leave me alone. Keep my name out of your mouth. Don’t say anything mean about me in front of our child and still, we just went to court on Wednesday because he told my daughter he wanted to hit me with a car.

BRIEFLY dated a guy for 5 months, ended up pregnant with twins. He spent my WHOLE pregnancy stalking, harrassing, threatening, blackmailing and reaching out to everyone associated with me to damage my reputation and cause chaos. Gave birth premature because of the stress he put me through, all while playing victim she’d saying I’m keeping his kids from him. WHEN THEY HAD NOT BEEN BORN YET. Now he wants 50/50 of my INFANTS when he lives 2 hours away and truly thinks his behavior was and is him being a good dad. He hasn’t met them, hasn’t given me a dime, and he wants 50/50 because he doesn’t want to pay child support. Any advice is welcome 😭

Mine refused to go to mediation or propose any kind of parenting plan, so I forked out the money for a lawyer. We spent months preparing for a trial, only to get there and he wanted to settle out of court, using my lawyer as a mediator 🙄
