Hi Mayya! I met you 2 days ago while getting radiation with my sister Amy who has been following you! I'm so grateful I was able to meet you in person. ❤️Thank you for sharing your story. I'm stage 4 lung cancer as well. I was diagnosed December 2025. The cancer had spread and broke my rib which sent me to the ER in excruciating pain. I had radiation on my rib in the beginning and it stopped the pain. I'm having radiation now on the mass on my lung. My knees have been swelling from the immunotherapy so I'm on Prednisone for that and they are placing a referral for Ortho. I also have a palliative care team who are AH-Mazing!!!! I'm now a follower!! I'm praying for you! 🤍

What drugs are you using? Im dealing with something similar (tumor hitting nerves) but crazy pain is when i sit or lie down. Making sleeping impossible. Oxy helps a little

I’m so sorry. I’m glad you’ll get radiation. My mom has bone mets, and they said they won’t do radiation on the spine. And, yes, having a palliative care plan is great!

I’m so wishing you the very best ! I have a wonderful nurse advocate through my oncologist she’s saved me so much with calling and set up appointments and other wonderful helpful things . It goes a long way to have that support

Thinking of you. Pain is so difficult. I dont have cancer but changes they are watching in bone marrow. Dealing with severe neck pain and low back pain. I hope this gets better for you. I want so much for you to get well. You are such a kind soul.
