I lost my only daughter on 4th of July this year after an intoxicated driver hit her while she was standing on a sidewalk in broad daylight. Anahi was the best woman I've ever met and I was so lucky to be her mom. I miss her so much. There is so much I wish I could say to her. She got so many of my firsts. I was 19 when I had her and she was 19 when I lost her. I miss my daughter 😭💔

My daughter is due in January. I was so scared when I found out she was a girl. Not because I didn’t want a baby girl but because this world is just so terrible to girls and women. How do I protect her without making her hate me for hovering constantly? But I realized it’s not just about protecting her, it’s about showing her that unconditional love and letting her light shine so bright, something I never fully got. Making sure she’s exactly who she wants to be, loudly and proudly and protecting THAT peace in her. Listening and truly nurturing her life. I have such a love for her already and a rage that anyone who ever touches and talks down to her… I’ll just say she’ll know her mommy will always be by her side. Mentally, emotionally, and physically. You have my heart Marcy 💕

I was so scared when I found out I was pregnant with her but from the very second I knew I loved her but I’ll be honest I was scared. I knew my relationship with her dad wasnt going to work out so I knew I would be a single mom. Single motherhood wasn’t what I envisioned for myself but now I see how much I needed her and I thank God for her. She’s absolutely the best thing to ever happen to me. God knew what He was doing. I just had to trust.

BOTH my girls🫶 I love them so much I am scared of what I am capable of if something ever happens to them. Like what do you mean I get the honor of getting to see these two grow up?
