Granted the mustang should’ve waited till the suv fully cleared the intersection but it’s also illegal to change lanes in the middle of the intersection you’re supposed to wait till you’ve fully cleared the intersections to change lanes and I’m pretty sure the suv didn’t blinker

after I reviewed the video multiple times, the suv never changed lanes and it had the right of way. so, in all honesty the mustang is at fault for the fact that they didn't yield the right of way to a vehicle that already control of the intersection. the suv had the green light, the mustang had the red. whoever says the suv was at fault truly doesn't understand, or know the rules of the road.

actually the Mustangs at fault because he turned into on flowing of traffic no matter what Lane the guy was moving into he was supposed to make sure it was clear for him to take the right on red so the Mustang will be at fault not the Honda

sure the car changed lane. the mustang also left thier lane to turn. so both were not paying attention to what was happen so who had the last clear chance. the mustang did the struck the other car at the rear quarter panel if the mustang taped thier brakes even for like 1 sec thiere would have ben no accident
