I just said point blank in the interview. “I have 3 other offers on the table, I will need to know by Friday to not only respect their time, but mine. This is the job I want, but if you don’t want me I would rather not miss out on other opportunities.” She emailed me the offer letter the next day

I looked for a job for a year. Multiple interviews that felt like they went great. Multiple companies saying: "its between you and another person"....and then NOTHING. I finally found a job though. Interviewed on Tuesday, aptitude test Wednesday morning, job offer Wednesday evening, started the next Monday. Been there for a month and love it!
