Eh, I just want Fred Meyer to bring back overnight restocking so it isn’t happening while I’m trying to shop. If a robot can do that, then so be it. Anything to make it feel like the store actually wants us there, instead of being treated like an inconvenience for shopping while staff restocks.

Those things are so inaccurate, I do insta for a side gig and the freddies at Vancouver has a robot now. It cant account for over faced items or stashed items. Customers are pissed lol

The only reason this is fine is if we remove all jobs and capitalism world wide and let humans do things they actually enjoy and want. Like art, music, whatever else as long as people aren’t being killed or dying

Order writing is one of the easiest and hardest jobs in a grocery store the more variety of items you have the harder it is for one person to order and not have backstock. That’s why Winco has less options than it other competitors because they still order largely through guy with a order gun.
