I think ppl 16-20 should stick to max 2 years and 21-24 should stick to max 3 years difference, bc the maturity and life experiences differ quite a bit if you're going beyond that. 24-30 year olds should stick to 4 years max. If you're 30+ 8 years max is okay. If you're 40+ anything under 12 is okay. 45 and over, having a bigger age difference isn't a big deal.

I worked with this chick that was 20 and she was dating a 46 year old man and got pregnant, he literally used to go to highschool with her mother and is one of her mothers best friends, he was part of her "childhood" growing up like an uncle and none of them see how wrong it is.
