I've never been a big fan of juicing—I usually prefer eating whole fruit for the fiber. But this isn't your typical juice. This grape juice recipe is the key to raising my hemoglobin from 8 to 13.5, and it works fast. I learned this traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) recipe from my teacher. It's not widely known, which is why I'm excited to share it! Here's the secret: You must use red or purple grapes with the seeds. Without them, it won’t work! And to get the most benefit, you have to steam the juice out of the grapes and drink it warm. If you make it ahead of time, simply warm it up before drinking. I usually make and drink it on the same day so it’s fresh. How often should you drink it? For the bare minimum, try one glass per week for two weeks, and get your bloodwork done on the third week to see the results. If you have more severe anemia, drinking it every day for 3-5 days can make you feel a big difference by the third day. For ongoing maintenance, one glass a week is perfect, especially during your period. When to drink it? I’ve found mid-afternoon has been the perfect time for me. I drink it by itself. Some people might say this juice doesn't have enough iron, but in TCM, it's not just about eating iron-rich foods. It's about nourishing the blood within your body. This recipe is a fantastic alternative that has worked for me for years. If you give this a try, please share your experience in the comments or DM me! I'd love to hear how it's helping you so we can spread the word and help other women with anemia. #anemia #grapejuice #irondeficiency #hemoglobin #womenshealth #holistichealth #naturalremedy
