why are you in a position where you need apprenticeships but can't afford to pay them yourself? surely if youre producing enough to need more workers then you can afford to take on someone interested and wanting to learn at a slight loss for a period and then profit off them in the future. it feels like the money doesn't exist to need these people. actually question, any answer appreciated.

Loooool no, you can have apprentices, but their full employees, that you have to pay out your own pocket, with sick pay, & holidays, and taxes, don’t forget the tax, and no help.
