I saw a video of a man who was a professional, maybe a lawyer or something like that. And he said his wife was to stay at home mom and he was really grateful for her because she did all the things that he could not. He said if he figured it out, the cooking, the cleaning, running the errands, taking care of the kids, if he had to pay all those people it would’ve been $200-$300,000 a year! I worked in a hospital for 22 years and the last two years I have been to stay at home, mom. It is such a vital job! You were doing amazing, and I love to see your content every day!

JUST 100 YEARS AGO… there was the lady of the house and a nanny /governance, cook and a housekeeper and a maid and a groundskeeper, etc. and now ONE WOMAN is expected to do all of this… AND… hold down a full-time job. There is no amount of healthcare or pills a women can take to undo this amount of stress and this is just off the top of my head. I’m not talking about managing schedules being a chauffeur, staying up all night, etc. oh… And managing all the finances! We need to have the workload removed from our shoulders and off our backs! There is NO WAY a man could do all of this. Therefore, we should not expect this from ourselves or from other women. I think you are doing an amazing job, mama! Keep up the good work!! 🤩

I have been there, and whit no money changes hands the investment in your children and family is so worth it. I'm sorry that the economy had made it so hard to flourish when you do. we had what's called the "baby bonus" here in Canada that helps the families financially, I don't know why other countries don't do this. you are doing an amazing job!

I try to always have a servants heart. I remind myself to be thankful for all the chores. This is what a prayed for as a young mom, to let my family be happy and healthy and that brings chores. There will be a time when my home is empty and my heart will be missing the chores. It’s hard as a working mom but it really does help to reframe your perspective

Mother's do so many jobs! And it costs them them mental health and body. Its the biggest sacrifice a person can do. Housekeeper, House manager, Cook, Laundry mat, Mom, Nurse, Sex worker, Wife and More!

I have been a full time and part time nanny for many years. Taking care of people’s homes, kids and running the show. It is most definitely labour and something I get paid to do. And sahm’s do 3x the work that I do because they never stop. It’s HARD. Lack of pay doesn’t make it not labour
