@ascendwithabby: Do THIS from now through September 30th ⬇️ What to DO ✅ ✅ Lean into this energy. The more you actively work WITH astrology, the more it works FOR you, removes obstacles, and helps you elevate to your highest timeline. ✅ Meditate. Get into a deeper relaxed state (preferably theta, my meditation has specific frequencies to induce theta within minutes 🤍) and feel into the last 6 months. What have you been carrying that doesn't serve you, and where do you desire your life to go? Where must you stop holding yourself back, shrinking, or playing small? Where have you been abandoning your own needs and desires to fit someone else's narrative? The answers are the very things BLOCKING YOU from manifesting the life you actually want. ✅ Once you have that awareness, do breath work and somatically let go. Imagine putting down heavy rocks you've been carrying, and FEEL yourself get lighter with each one you release. ✅ Then commit to one real world action. Aries is about MOVEMENT. What are you stepping into? What action would PROVE the shift? (Set a boundary, have a hard conversation, make a decision, take a step.) ✅ Listen to your body. If you're tired, rest. If you suddenly have energy to move your life forward (especially as Mars enters Leo on Sunday), take action. ✅ Take a hot cleansing shower to wash away what you released, for good. What NOT to Do ❌ ❌ Don't overdo it. Listen to your body and rest if you need to. ❌ Stop saying yes when you mean no, starting now. If it's not a fck yes, it's a fck no. ❌ Stop shrinking to keep other people comfortable. ❌ Protect your energy. Set boundaries with the energy vampires. #aries #fullmoon #astrology #astrologytiktok #manifestingtok
