its one of my pet hates. dont disrespect or treat my sraff like "s%#t . you do your partnership is revoked. no money in the world is worth that. my staff mean more to me than any client signing their check book. its human decency and respect!! means more goes further than anything!!. i dont stand for it.

You HAVE to stand up for your staff. Have their back and the WILL have yours. I would fire people right in front of my staff, too. I wanted them to see that I’ll always defend them - no hiding, no gaslighting-come watch me protect you.
