I'm gonna start off by saying I've never even thought about taking an iced coffee to an interview. HOWEVER, I wouldn't want to work for an employer that wasn't okay with me having a beverage on my desk. Even when I worked retail, we were allowed to have a beverage with us.

its insane. I mean some of jobs in customer service still have the rule to forbid people sitting during duty (8 hours at bast in a row), and u will defend it too. coffee has nothing to deal with subordinatuion, I say this as a person who actually likes the rules and follows them. but its a fucking coffee/water/snack. People are here ALSO spending THEIR time for you. they can reject this fckg job as well as u can reject them, cause ur work conditions might be shit. you just wanna someone who does not question the control you wanna gain over their lives, not the professional
