my eyes are so deep set and hooded that I feel like even most hooded eye advice just was never physically possible for me... but what you outlined here is pretty much what I figured out over time! would definitely appreciate additional tips!

My eyes are so hooded the eyelid literally sits on my lashes. You can colour in half my eye in black and never see it. 😂

Not the best picture of me but i try not to use eyeliner because it’s to dominant for my tiny and hooded eyes. I try it with eye shadows and a brown mascara and (when I use it) minimal brown eyeliner to soften my appearance. Black is to hard for me.
