I feel attacked with how accurate this was oh my god. Work has been a NIGHTMARE, I was diagnosed with a severe vitamin D deficiency and an underactive thyroid - both of which cause exhaustion/fatigue. And then to top everything else off, I broke my tooth and needed emergency dentist surgery. Thankfully heading into my actual weekend, and next week have fun friend activities planned.
